For older men along with older women say 35 and up, losing belly fat from all of the home cooked meals can become a high priority as you move into your mid life. Everything you’ve eat and done in your 20′s has caught up with you.. meaning your age, bones, and responsibility. The last thing you would like to carry around is that belly keg that you do everyday. Not to mention that just losing an extra 10-15 lbs can greatly ease your daily routine.
